The engineering team at ST Design has extensive experience in the design and optimization of analog RF circuitry. Our RF design expertise centers around all types of crystal controlled oscillators and the circuits needed to make FCP modules: amplifiers, multipliers, mixers, phase locked loops, proportional controllers, built in test and automatic gain control circuits. The datasheets on this site are a random sampling of the types of products we can design. We understand and can advise on such things as diverse as design tradeoffs between phase noise, tuning range and output level over temperature or the proper cut and overtone of a crystal to achieve the best long term aging rate.
We can review your designs and make suggestions on how to improve performance, producability or both.
At ST Design, we have a fully equipped assembly, test and rework laboratory and full CAD capabilities for schematic capture, pcb layout and mechanical design. This allows us to take a project from schematic, to brassboard, to prototype, to deliverable product or any point in between. Too many projects and not enough engineering resource? Call us! |

Automated Test Systems – In addition to our RF design capabilities, we design automated test systems for multiposition testing at HF, VHF and UHF frequencies. These systems can be stand alone or networked, open air or imbedded into environmental chambers. We can also incorporate diagnostic test functionality and support within any new or existing project. Our designs have been put into practical use by many manufacturers. Ancillary support mechanisms such as digital status communications, electronic ID, electronic Date Code tracking, In-Circuit diagnostic hardware, environmental measurements, current monitoring, power supply status and digital control of oven temperature are all examples of how we can give your products an extra edge. We also provide a design service that will review your existing circuits and then apply the latest in computerized ATE circuit optimization algorithms to eliminate labor intensive component selection. Let us know your specific requirements and we can design a robust, very low cross talk automated test system to meet your unique needs! |
